First Day

Introduce the Need for the Box Strategic Success Plan

  • Review the results of the State of the Business Survey

  • Review and or define your Mission Statement

  • Review and or define your Core Values

  • Define the Culture that you want to create

  • Discuss what are the biggest obstacles you face right now

  • Close with a Post Meeting Evaluation
