Tim Norris has had a wide range of experience in Agriculture. Tim currently owns and operates Norris Grain Farms in Gambier, Ohio and is co-owner of Box Concepts Consulting, LLC which specializes in helping businesses in Precision Agriculture with 5-15 employees overcome the challenges that come with rapid growth of this industry. Tim founded Ag Info Tech, LLC. a Precision Ag Service provider in Central Ohio that grew to $3,000,000 of sales annually before he sold the company in January of 2019. From there Tim became the Eastern Region Business Director for Smart Ag, a startup company developing an autonomous platform for agriculture. Tim’s responsibilities were to develop a dealer network to sell and service the company’s autonomous platform. Before Smart Ag released the commercial product they were purchased by Raven Industries where Tim became a business development manager for autonomy, working with both the former Smart Ag and DOT product lines. After a year with Raven, Tim decided to take the knowledge that he has learned throughout his career and share it with others.

Before starting Ag Info Tech, Tim was the manager of the Mount Vernon Farmers Exchange, a full service co-op with an agronomy, feed, grain and Hardware division. Tim worked with the board of directors and the 24 employees to provide needed services to the farmers in the Knox County area. Some of Tim’s recognizable achievements are as follows.

Belinda has worked in Finance in the role of Controller and CFO for 5 different companies for a total of 35 years as well as privately consulting. Her experience ranges from small privately held manufacturing in both the golf club and restaurant furniture industries, as well as venture capitalist wholesale in giftware and global corporate corrugated box manufacturing.

During those years in business, Belinda was exposed to many different management and organizational methods. She was blessed to work for visionaries who encouraged her to read books and learn different ways to look at business cycles, teams, growth, as well as setbacks. Belinda saw a pattern of what successful growth and improvement looked like, as well as what did not work. When she retired from the daily corporate life, Belinda wanted to find a way to help small businesses benefit from her years of experience. Too often the small business owner is so deep working IN the business that they do not take the time to work ON the business. Belinda partnered with Tim Norris to help these entrepreneurs improve their business vision, communication, and processes.
